È Montelupone, a town in the Marche region of about 3 thousand inhabitants, the location chosen byTerritorial area of Macerata hunting 2 for the holding of an interesting conference dedicated to the management of wildlife and al sustainable and conservative hunting. The event was organized together with the local section of the Italian Federation of Hunting and was set for Saturday 7 May 2016 at 16 pm at the Nicola degli Angeli Theater of the municipality of Macerata. It will begin with the greetings of the mayor of Montelupone, Rolando Pecora, the regional councilor for hunting, Moreno Pieroni, and the number one of ATC MC2, Pio Chiaramoni.
The moderator will be Nazzareno Galassi, while the first speech was entrusted to Alessandro Tedeschi, collaborator of the Federcaccia Bird Migration Office and representative of "Friends of Scolopax": his report is entitled "Satellite telemetry applied to woodcock - project results and future developments". Andrea Brusaferro, wildlife technician from the Marches area, will instead have the task of deepening and explaining the data on management of ungulates ("From problem to resource"), the management of the rock partridge for a conservative sampling and the prospects for reintroduction of the red partridge.
The next intervention will be that of Uriano Meconi, head of the Hunting Office of the Marche Region: we will talk about the hunting calendar 2016-2017 and the sampling in derogation, while Daniele Sparvoli will always deal with the Marche calendar, but in relation to the selective sampling of ungulates. After the debate there will also be an aperitif and buffe. The appointment will certainly be attractive for hunters and for those interested in these projects.
