Newcomers to hunting need tools that can help them in all phases: from aiming to shooting. The Z4i series from Swarovski Optik meets the aiming needs of all novice hunters.
Available in three versions, lo Z4i by Swarovski Optik with the technological standard and the design with which it was built, it offers a simple and precise aiming. Hunters are constantly looking for precision to benefit from a hunting trip. The way of hunting, in the years, has profoundly changed thanks to the continuous improvements both in technologies concerning weapons and ammunition, and in optical instruments.
La Swarovski Optic, in order to meet the needs of hunters, creates products for the most important moment during the hunt, that is, the one in which important details are captured, in the last glare of twilight, to hit the target with extreme precision. During the development phase of its products, the prerogative is a meticulous knowledge of the needs of the hunter and Swarovski Optik takes these needs into account, to offer increasingly competitive optics on the market.
The high technological standards that distinguish the optical of Swarovski Optik, have allowed the creation of robust products from a purely mechanical point of view and with high performance in terms of pointing. The Z series of Swarovski Optik has a wide choice of optics, which will meet the most diverse needs of hunters. This is the case of the Z4 i, a scope designed and built for those who approach the world of hunting for the first time and who need a scope that can help them as much as possible during the aiming phase.
Lo Swarovski Optik Z4i is illuminated with the traditional 4x zoom, an optic that completes the Z6, Z5 and Z3 riflescope series, with an additional elegantly designed riflescope. The extraordinary optics and thin illuminated reticles make the new Z4i a riflescope ideal for the most demanding beginners and for all hunters who want to use an extraordinarily light and high performance 4x zoom rifle scope for everyday hunting. Weight is one of the main characteristics, as it has been significantly reduced compared to other riflescopes with 4x zoom. Despite its lightness, this is not synonymous with fragility, on the contrary it has a sturdy aluminum body for perfect stability and is available with an optional mounting rail (SR).
Thin reticles in the second plane of the image allow for greater accuracy from any distance, thanks to HigH gRiD technology that ensures a well-defined light spot for precise aiming. Fine adjustment of the reticle is achievable Click by click. The Z4i guarantees high transmission for safe shooting even in low light and can be considered a reliable optics rich in contrast with optimal edge sharpness. All the optics show their true effectiveness when aiming, there is no doubt. With the 4A-300 reticle you will have a precise aiming system that stands out for the transparency of the design, as well as for the ease of use in everyday hunting. The 4A-300-I version also features a bright spot in the center of the viewfinder and the reticles are located in the second plane of the image and therefore do not zoom in. The 4A-300 reticle is based on a traditional 4 ° reticle: the three additional bars located below the central point of the reticle expand the functions by a further valuable advantage: with all common calibers it is possible to shoot safely at 300 meters.
Many know that hunting ammunition is divided into three and / or four yield groups:
- fast caliber, whose impact point position for shooting 1-3 cm / 100 m high is between 17 and 29 cm at 300 m (average value: 23 cm).
- standard caliber, the impact point position of which for shooting 3-5 cm / 100 m high is between 29 and 41 cm at 300 m (average value: 35 cm).
- intermediate space, the position of the impact point for shooting 4-6 cm / 100 m high is between 39 and 46 cm at 300 m (average value: 42,5 cm).
- slow caliber, whose impact point position for shooting 4-6 cm / 100 m high is between 44 and 56 cm (average value: 50 cm).
The horizontal bars located below the center of the reticle correspond to the central position of the impact point of the above mentioned yield groups at 300 meters:
- the upper short bar is for the fast yield group (-23/300 m).
- the average bar is for the standard yield group (-35/300 m).
- the center between the long bars is for the intermediate space (-42,5 / 300 m).
- the lower bar is for the slow yield group (-50/300 m).
There are three versions of the Z4i: the Z4i 1,25-4 × 24, the Z4i 3-12 × 50 and the Z4i 2,5-10 × 56.
The first version, the Z4i 1,25-4 × 24, is ideal for driven hunts, particularly suited to the classic boar hunt: a very reliable optic when a fast reaction and a wide field of view are required. The second version, the Z4i 3-12 × 50, is suitable for almost all types of hunting, when confronted with different situations. With the new design with excellent proportions, this rifle scope fits all hunting weapons. Finally, the latest version, the Z4i 2,5-10 × 56, is meant for bad light conditions: the powerful Z4i 2,5-10 × 56 is designed to help the hunter during twilight: a rifle scope ideal in particular for stalking hunting in poor light conditions. Definitely, the Z4i series by Swarovski Optik it can be considered as a scope intended for beginner hunters, who rightly need optical instruments that can help them during the delicate aiming phase. Finally, the different versions respond to the different hunting needs, thanks to the technological standards, such as the weight, with which they were designed and manufactured. Those approaching hunting for the first time can safely rely on the Z4i series from Swarovski Optik.
