Il TAR of Piedmont rejected the request of the animal rights extremism associations which presented an appeal against the provision of the Region, which allows some forms of hunting in the orange zone even outside the Municipality of residence, because, in compliance with the limits imposed by the Hunting Calendar and the contrasting measures of the COVID-19, there is no danger of serious and irreparable damage and therefore it is possible to practice hunting.
This is the extract of the order: "Taking into account that the holiday season is over and in any case considering that the contested communication specified that the hunting activity had to be carried out in strict compliance with the Covid prevention measures 19 (keep a safe distance and wear a mask), which, as already specified in decree no. 629 of 30 December 2020, the hunting activity had in any case to be exercised in compliance with the prescriptions contained in the hunting calendar (hunting hours and daily and seasonal game bag), there is currently no danger of serious and irreparable damage. ; Given the nature of the dispute, there are justified reasons to compensate in full between the parties the costs of this precautionary phase; the Regional Administrative Court for Piedmont, Section One, rejects the precautionary petition "(Arch Hunting).
