It is two days not to be missed the one organized at the facilities of the Shooting High Rhine of Castelnuovo Vergato (province of Bologna). The 23 and 24 July next is scheduled a shooting competition to the shape of the current wild boar, an event of great interest and which is characterized by a prize pool with hunting equipment and gastronomic products (hams, cheeses, sausages, hunting bags), in addition to 4,5 caliber Diana AC revolver for the absolute first. There are five shots, one while standing and four in motion to be precise, on a boar silhouette at a distance of 40 meters. Rifles must be without belts and loaded with no more than two rounds in total. Furthermore, only hunting weapons can be used, with the optics that will instead be optional. As for the shot, then, it will be necessary to carry it out with arms. Participation is open to all those who are in possession of the shotgun port for hunting and sporting purposes, insurance in order to be presented at the time of registration.
The fee is 20 euros, including the two tests. The race will start at 9:00 and then finish at 13:00, but there is also a second time slot, from 15:00 to 19:00. As for the categories, there will be two, namely A (smooth barrel) e B (rifled barrel), both with or without optics. To draw up the final ranking, the three best scores obtained will be added together, with separate categories. Finally, one shooter will be awarded for every 3 members per category, col final barrage between the first two finishers of both to win the revolver.
