Amateur specialty
The Grand Prix season of the amateur specialty of Compak Sporting continues and, over the weekend of April 25th and 26th, it hosted the third Grand Prix of the season over the distance of 100 clays. The competition took place simultaneously on five courses: Tav Macallé (LT), Tav Nuovo Borgo (VI), Tav Carpignano Sesia (NO), Tav Carlino (AG), and Tav Principe di Sangro (FG). A total of 632 competitors took to the platforms over the three days of competition.
Tav Macallè
Let's start with the Tav Macallé, where 183 participants gathered. In the Excellence category, Samuele Sacripanti of Amelia (TR) won with an excellent 99/100, also the best score in the overall ranking. Behind him were Daniele Valeri of Spoleto (PG), second with 98/100, and Pietro Russo of Pignataro Maggiore (CE), third with 96/100. Among the Ladies, Aigul Mubarakshina (RUS) won with 85/100, ahead of Erica Grenga of Sonnino (LT) with 78/100. In the Junior category, victory went to Simone Bobba of Arce (FR) with 84/100, followed by Alessandro Buglione of Latina with 66/100 and Marco De Angelis of Acerra (NA) with 55/100. In the other categories: Carmine Buonincontro of Acerra (NA) won the First category with 95/100; Michele Cipullo of Teverola (CE) took second place with a score of 96/100; Antonio Cipolla of Terracina (LT) took third with a score of 91/100. Among the qualifiers, Francesco Bordoni of Terni won the Senior category with a score of 97/100, Ciro Dalla Nora of Pontinia (LT) won the Veteran category with a score of 94/100, and Giancarlo Ciofini of Perugia won the Master category with a score of 86/100.
New Village Table
At the Tav Nuovo Borgo, with 135 participants, the Excellence classification saw the victory of Maurizio Caruso of Volterra (PI), also just one clay away from the perfect score with 99/100, the best overall result at the venue. Second place went to Filippo Boldrini of Viareggio (LU) with 97/100, third to Marco Battisti of Pesaro (PU) with 96/100. Among the Ladies, Arianna Bonigolo of Mira (VE) won with 91/100, followed by Alessia Panizza of Lierna (LC) with 90/100 and Marlena Wroblewska of Vinci (FI) with 89/100. In the Junior category, victory went to Jacopo Adamati of Rovato (BS) with 92/100; second place went to Mattia Degli Antoni of Passirano (BS) with 85/100 and third place was shared by Andrea Solfrini of Cervia (RA). In the other categories: Giuseppe Pupo of Pistoia won First with 94/100; Alessandro Micheli of Sale Marasino (BS) won Second with 95/100; Ivan Cavallin of Montebelluna (TV) won Third with 90/100. Among the qualifiers, successes went to Massimo Bignotti of Castiglione delle Stiviere (MN) in the Senior category with 93/100, Mauro Bosi of Forlì (FC) in the Veteran category with 94/100, and Renzo Pierobon of Cittadella (PD) in the Master category with 86/100.
Carpignano Sesia high-speed rail
On the platforms of the Carpignano Sesia High Speed Skating Championships, with 112 athletes competing, Luca Pederzoli of Cividate al Piano (BG) won the Excellence category with a score of 95/100, the best score of the day. He was followed by Marco Mantovan of Valduggia (VC) with 89/100 and Rolan Linetti of Capriolo (BS) with 86/100. Among the Ladies, Alessia Panizza won again with a score of 94/100, ahead of Alessandra Comina of Castegnato (BS) with 70/100 and Arianna Pedretti of Abbiategrasso (MI) with 60/100. In the Junior category, first place went to Pietro Gasparini of Gambolò (PV) with a score of 63/100, followed by Camilla Carolina Angeloni of Zanica (BG), also with a score of 63/100. In the other categories: Massimo Simoncelli of Flero (BS) won First with 91/100; Alberto Comerio of Dairago (MI) won Second with 91/100; Diego Castelli of Abbiategrasso (MI) won Third with 88/100. Among the qualifiers, Claudio Brun of Perosa Argentina (TO) won the Senior category with 91/100, Damiano Facciolati of Lainate (MI) won the Veteran category with 91/100, and Enzo Gibellini of Borgosesia (VC) won the Master category with 92/100.
Carlino Table
At the Tav Carlino, with 105 appearances, Giuseppe Valenti of Belpasso (CT) won the Excellence category with a full score of 100/100. Second place went to Lorenzo Abeti of Noto (SR) with 94/100 and third to Gaetano Loritto of Piazza Armerina (EN) with 92/100. Among the Ladies, victory went to Elisa Elastico of Piazza Armerina (EN) with 70/100, ahead of Grazia Martinez of Scicli (RG) with 53/100. In the Junior category, first place went to Salvatore Iannizzotto of Chiaramonte Gulfi (RG) with 85/100, followed by Salvatore Avveduto of Noto (SR) with 81/100 and Mattia Mannanici of Trecastagni (CT) with 80/100. Completing the picture: Francesco Morabito of Reggio Calabria (RC) won the First category with 95/100; Salvatore Leonardi of Aci Catena (CT) took second place with a score of 92/100; Robertino Mario Cimino of Caltanissetta (CL) took third place with a score of 89/100. Among the qualifiers, successes went to Giuseppe Serranò of Motta San Giovanni (RC) in the Senior category with a score of 91/100, Vincenzo Martelli of Locri (RC) in the Veteran category with a score of 90/100, and Santo Leone of Noto (SR) in the Master category with a score of 73/100.
Prince of Sangro Table
Rounding out the winners was the Tav Principe di Sangro, with 97 competitors competing. In the Excellence category, Luca Maci of Guagnano (LE) won with 95/100, followed by Massimiliano Montuori of Brindisi with 89/100. Among the Ladies, victory went to Alessia Fiore of Copertino (LE) with 86/100, ahead of Tiziana Leo of Alezio (LE) with 47/100. In the Junior category, victory went to Simone Bobba again with 92/100, followed by Angelo De Nitto of Mesagne (BR) with 82/100 and Romeo Montuori of Brindisi with 74/100. In the other categories: Gabriele Tintisona of Cisterna di Latina (LT) won First with 94/100; Michele Cipullo of Teverola (CE) won Second with 94/100; Giuseppe Casertano of Casapulla (CE) took third place with a score of 96/100.
