The council's proposal
The Lombardy Regional Council has proposed the identification of 5 new crossing points in Lombardy on the 23 objects of investigation to verify their orographic nature and relevance for migration. These are the Sella di Mandro and the Capovalle Pass in Brescia, the Crocetta Pass in Bergamo, the Passada between Bergamo and Lecco, the Giovà Pass in Pavia.
The decision of the Council
Now the final decision passes to the Regional Council. The above crossings are identified in the shapefiles called "Valichi Montani" and "Valichi Montani Buffer" an integral and substantial part of this provision which, due to the type of extension of the files, to be filed with the records of the UO Development of forestry systems, agriculture of mountains, use and protection of agricultural land and wildlife-hunting policies and transmitted to the Council by the General Management.
Other forecasts
Finally, it has been envisaged that the fixed stakeouts located within a radius of 1.000 meters from the crossing points identified as of the date of their approval by the Regional Council, must be removed before the start of the hunting season, and, pursuant to article 25, paragraph 14, of Regional Law 26/1993, the holders of the authorizations will be able to set up the same stakeout in another area.
