A new withdrawal plan
On 29 May, the Tuscan regional council approved the wild boar collection plan in areas not suitable foryear 2023/24. As known, this resolution will have an annual duration and will concern the management of withdrawals of this kind.
the territories concerned
The Plan will affect both the programmed hunting territory (management districts) and the private institutes (AFV and AAVV) on the basis of the indications provided by ISPRA. The withdrawal times, methods and numerical targets are also established, as established by the legislation.
Subjects admitted to hunting
The following are admitted to selective wild boar hunting in non-conservative management districts:
a) hunters enrolled in the ATC in possession of authorization to selectively take wild boar;
b) the owners and tenants of agricultural land in possession of selective levy authorization on the
wild boar, enrolled in the ATC (source: Federcaccia).
