What better occasion to congratulate yourself before the holidays? There Bonicelli estate di Ceresole d'Alba (Cuneo) organized a really interesting tasting dinner for the day of Saturday 18 December 2021, a unique way to wait for Christmas and enjoy excellent game. From the forest to the table, here are all the dishes that can be tasted at 20:00:
APPETIZERS: Rollé of hare, berries and balsamic reduction - Partridge, raisins and apples pie - Albese di fallow deer, porcini mushrooms and parmesan
FIRST: Woodcock, anchovy and marsala risotto
SECOND: Saddle of fallow deer with hay in salt paste, seasonal vegetables
DESSERT: Tiramisu with local hazelnuts
