The Wrath of the Hunters
The Capellino Foundation and Almo Nature, the company it owns, have produced and distributed an emotional advert against hunting, accompanied by a Dossier with the usual exaggerations and inaccuracies that we will respond to point by point, as underlined by Federcaccia.
Buconi's words
This is the thought of the FIDC president, Massimo Buconi: “The latter may be obvious and perhaps only outrage us hunters. But does anyone really find it strange or inconsistent that a company that produces meat and fish-based pet food, including wild boar, considers hunting unjustifiable?".
The contradiction
Indeed, the commercial—which features a hunting dog urging its owner not to shoot his rifle—is at odds with some of Almo Nature's own products. A simple web search reveals that this brand is associated with, for example, the HFC Natural product, which also contains wild boar meat (38%).

Below is Buconi's speech and the contested ad:

It's a shame that the self-styled "animal rights activists" of FdI, before Meloni took office, assured that in the event of an electoral victory, the only form of hunting they would liberalize would be wild boar.
Then we saw: they allowed the hunting of small passerines from mountain passes despite a ruling by the TAR and the Constitutional Court that established a ban, they allowed the Regions to still authorize the hunting of the chaffinch under derogation and now they are preparing for further wickedness with the amendment to Law 157.
