The association ANUUMigrators pointed out how they are increasingly evident of multiple violations of the law in the hunting field. In particular, the most striking case is represented by the moment in which the annotation on the card is not immediate when every garment is knocked down. Previously the same situation had presented itself with live recalls. According to the ANUU, a real one is being created "Legal monster" which only serves to make cash.
Violations are parameterized to number of animals killed, but in reality it should only be one. Among other things, as underlined by the association, criminal jurisprudence has given greater importance to conduct rather than "quantity". A 2012 judgment of the Civil Court of Voghera, in the province of Pavia, highlighted that the sanction is correct, but the same cannot be said of the extent of the sanction itself.
Five years ago the conduct to be punished was unique and independent of the number of live calls which the hunter was in possession of. Consequently, it is always necessary to adapt to this way of thinking: whoever is responsible forkilling of several game specimens without reporting them immediately on the hunting card (one by one) commits a single violation and not many violations that increase the amount of the sanction.
