A call with a deadline in less than two weeks: the Regional Park of the Euganean Hills has given time until next 7 December to all selecontrollers to submit applications for admission to the qualification course deer and wild boar hunting. The Venetian natural area is ready to form 100 subjects for this hunting levy, as foreseen by a decree of the extraordinary commissioner. After the publication of the news relating to the containment of wild animals, now the Park has decided to continue along the path started several months ago.
The problem represented by these ungulates is of type environmental, economic and safety, therefore, the recruitment of new selecontrollers will serve to ensure better coverage of the area. To access the course it will be necessary to have some very specific requirements, including the registered residence in the Veneto area, preferably in the 15 municipalities included in the territory of the park (province of Padua), in addition of course to the possession of a valid firearms permit.
They complete the profile the absence of criminal convictions in the hunting field and the absence of administrative sanctions relating to hunting in the past five years. Finally, it was decided to propose a final exam with three tests, namely a written, an oral and a handling of weapons.
