The provisions refer to the three Territorial Hunting Areas of the Ligurian province, in addition to Savona Alpine Area 4.
We are talking about 1256 specimens that can be killed in this case, taking inspiration from the regional hunting calendar and from the opinion provided by ISPRA (Higher Institute for Environmental Protection and Research) on the matter. As specified by the Region itself, the possible reduction of withdrawal plan for the year 2020 must take place simultaneously with the transmission of the census data of the reference months.
Animal rights activists are already on a war footing, in particular theENPA (National Animal Protection Body) he spoke of a "bloodbath" and the need to find alternative methods to selection hunting. Finally, as stated in the resolution recourse to the Regional Administrative Court will be possible within 60 days or the extraordinary administrative one to the President of the Republic (within 120 days of notification).
