Three resident hunters a Coleraine, a small town in the province of Bergamo, were acquitted of the charge of to have killed a roe deer exactly three years ago. The facts refer to the month of November 2014. During the trial there was then the request by the prosecution of make the three hunters pay a fine of 1500 euros, but the judge chose to agree with the defense. In practice, full proof of killing and guilt does not exist and cannot be represented by traces or small portions of the wild. The municipal territory of Colere, characterized by many hamlets, is part of the Bergamasque Orobie Park, a natural area where a very strict law is in force on the protection of local flora and fauna.
