The intervention of the control room
The control room of the Marche hunting associations, made up of ANLC, Arci Caccia, Enalcaccia, Italcaccia and EPS, issued the following joint statement: “Hereby, the associations write in consideration of two factors.
The reasons for the press release
- of the serious and autonomous decision of Hunting Federation to appeal to the TAR against the hunting calendar 2022-2023 of the Marche, an action that could be highly prejudicial to the entire season, also in consideration of an already pending situation in which the appeal is facing;
- the absolute lack of respect towards the writing associations and the regional administration that they had together with FIDC in the "control room" jointly shared the proposed hunting calendar subject to appeal, then adopted by the Executive.
The termination of a project
Therefore, with regret, the undersigned associations acknowledge that the FIDC initiative, delegitimizing the decisions taken up to now together with the regional associations and the administration, it compromised the reasons and objectives that justify the establishment of the control room in the Marche region, effectively determining termination. So much was due to fairness towards the Region.
