Upcoming competitions
The national competitive season opened with the best auspices, bringing 1.524 shooters to the range for the first weekend dedicated to Winter Regional Championships. Six Regions in which the competitions were scheduled and ten plants involved. In Campania, at the Tav La Tana del Lupo in Montella (AV) 74 shooters competed, 51 for Compak and 23 for Sporting, while at the Tav Raimondo di Pastorano (CE) 193 Olympic Pit specialists gathered on the platform. In Emilia-Romagna 205 were those who chose the Tav Molinella Castellani facilities in Molinella (BO) for the first round of the Olympic Pit Championship.
The various holdings
Excellent participation in Lombardy, best Regions for number of appearances this first weekend with 276 registered for the Trap Concaverde competition in Lonato del Garda (BS) and 129 for the Tav Accademia Lombarda in Battuda (PV), in both cases specialists of Trap, which bring the regional total up to 405 members. In the Marche region, the venue chosen for the debut of the 2023 races was the Tav Campiglia (AP) where 147 Trap specialists met, while in Piedmont there were a total of 262, with 125 at the Tav Le Bettole di Trecate (NO) and 137 at Tav San Giovanni in Vercelli (VC).
A great start
Finally, in Umbria 238 participants were registered in the two scheduled tenders: 184 in that of the Olympic Pit at the Tav Umbriaverde-Todi of Massa Martana (PG) and 54 in that of the Universal Pit at the Gualdo Tadino Tav (PG). A grand start for the 2023 season which, we are sure, will give us great satisfaction (source: FITAV).
