The Ministry confirmed the validity and full operation of the Plan and, therefore, the possibility, on the part of the Regions, to include the wild dove among the huntable species as long as the actions envisaged by the same national plan are respected.
Almost all of the Regions present at the meeting confirmed the commitment to make the Wild Turtledove huntable already from the current Hunting Season. Arci Caccia has spent heavily and for this reason it feels particularly satisfied with the approval of the National Management Plan of the Wild Turtledove, therefore, it can only renew thanks to the Ministries who worked on it (MITE and Agricultural Policies), ISPRA, as well as the State Regions Conference.
We hope that this method, in which we strongly believe, not only for the Wild Dove, will also be adopted for other species of migratory birds which is not in a good state, with the aim of guaranteeing hunting that is sustainable with the conservation of these species. A further effort by Arci Caccia will be that of collaborate strongly, especially in the entities in which it is represented, to the realization and achievement of the objectives envisaged by the actions of the plan.
