The annual meeting of "Boschi Canzane" Land Improvement Consortium, in Trentino Alto Adige, it was an opportunity to talk about the protection of the territory, woods and private plots. The territory to which we are referring is characterized by 200 hectares of forest and agricultural land near the Panarotta ski resort. The assembly had to approve the financial statements and the report of the auditors, but also to renew the various offices, given that Mauro Planchel, outgoing president of the CMF, did not reapply.
Planchel has decided to no longer be the guide of the Consortium after having asked the Municipality of several times Pergine Valsugana (province of Trento) and to the local forest station to change the way of use of forest roads. In particular, the now former president would have liked fewer transit permits for neighboring landowners and even growers.
By the way, Planchel was also aiming for the limitation of permits granted to hunters and to the occasional users of the forest, such as mushroom hunters. It could be launched a new regulation, in the meantime, however, the only result was that of the resignation of the president.
