President Rossi's comment
“The Italian Shooting Federation has never missed the CONI Trophy and we continue this tradition with great pride – commented Luciano Rossi, present at the Ramacca field together with the General Secretary Mario Magnanini – Today Italian sport mourns the passing of a great manager like Franco Chimenti, for twenty-two years at the helm of Federgolf, and at the same time, as is right, celebrates life with an initiative like this, aimed at young people and the very young. I congratulate the winners, but I extend my personal applause to all those who deserved to qualify for this national final. A heartfelt thanks also to the Fitav Delegates of the ten Regions that participated” (source: FITAV).
