For the men's junior 10-meter pistol competition: Victory almost announced for Sicilian Dino Briganti, who, like last year, is confirmed as Italian champion in this specialty (570 + 96.4 = 666.4). In second position the talented Dario Di Martino (Naples) who in the last 10 shots has significantly narrowed the distances compared to the first classified, thus winning the silver medal (567 + 95.5 = 662.5). Too bad for the athlete from Sarnano Andrea Scafa: who qualified in third position loses any opportunity to stay on the podium, a shot taken out of time makes him fall at the end of the standings.
