The States General
Arrived at the third appointment the comparison with the Umbrian hunting world in the ambit of the "General States of Hunting", commissioned by the competent councilor, Roberto Morroni, which got underway last July with a meeting which fixed topics and working methods. The hunting associations formulated their proposals, concerning in particular the Territorial Areas of Hunting, the Repopulation and Capture Areas, the Wild Boar Management Plan, the Game Production Centers and the Hunting Calendar.
The words of councilor Morroni
“It is a question – explained councilor Morroni – of a qualifying path, which has as its distinctive feature the will to work together to push forward the entire regional hunting sector, identifying for each macro theme what is already working and what, instead, it is representing a critical issue to be resolved. In today's meeting we outlined a synthesis of the numerous proposals put forward by the associations on each issue, in order to arrive at the elaboration of an organic proposal and with the aim of launching a reform within a few months that will make the hunting world more solid and cohesive".
The reform of the Umbrian hunting
“It is an innovative participatory process – concluded Roberto Morroni – which has the objective of co-planning an overall reform of the Umbrian hunting world.
