It is therefore logical that many private individuals resolve the exchange of used weapons, dealing directly with quotation and delivery. In Italy, a private individual is not authorized to ship such merchandise and therefore we must arrange for a meeting during which the object of desire materially changes hands. It happened to us again just over a month ago thanks to a collector friend who had found himself a double in caliber and wanted to monetize the most. The seller will take care of the accuracy and validity of the purchase title, Port of Rifle, Port of Defense Arms, Sports Port, checking the payment deadlines without which the document loses its value. At the end, the two copies of the printout are countersigned and one will be used as a discharge for the seller and as a document of origin of the firearm for the buyer. The practice ends with the report to the local office (Police or Carabinieri) attaching a copy of the drafted sheet and the report of the previous owner.
