On 28 August, the Veneto Regional Administrative Court suspended the regional hunting calendar in the part concerning the pre-opening for turtledove. The reason for the suspension is reported in the TAR's device which, in a disarming way, establishes the need to suspend the resolution of the Region because the Government did not adequately justify the reasons that led it to deviate from the opinion of the ISPRA. Same identical reasons that have caused the repeated suspension of the hunting calendar also in previous years. Basically the judges of the TAR beat the regional council by inviting it to learn how to do their job better. The hunters of Veneto, after having paid in full the hunting license with the relative concession fees and the access quotas to the ATCs and the Alpine Districts, are once again defrauded of the right to go hunting in the compliance with the law.
The even worse thing is represented by the fact that one week after the suspension of the TAR, the regional council has not yet corrected its error. Hoping that next spring will arrive soon, a period in which we hope the regional councilor for hunting Daniele Stival will finally be changed, we hope that his current hunting councilors of the CRAVN suggest him to patch this umpteenth blunder, returning to everyone Veneto hunters have the right to hunt in a dignified manner.
