“The result is not the result of chance, good luck or alleged favoritism. This result, the green light with no comments by the Government of Regional hunting fauna plan 2022-2027, approved with regional law 2/2022, is the logical consequence of a job well done, of a long process in which all the details have been taken care of and above all completely transparent ". With these words the regional councilor for hunting Cristiano Corazzari comments on approval by the Council of Ministers to the law of the Veneto Region n.2 of 28 January 2022 Regional wildlife-hunting plan (2022-2027) and amendments to the regional law of 9 December 1993 n.50 Regulations for the protection of fauna and for hunting.
“It is the result of a teamwork carried out by everyone and at all levels and for this I renew my thanks to those who have worked hard to reach the goal - continues Corazzari - We were certain of the result also because the counter-arguments to the appeal proposal towards the Constitutional Court they were simple to set up and they did not find us unprepared precisely because accuracy and transparency proved to be successful and provided adequate answers. The work, however, is not finished, indeed it is only in the early stages.
Il Regional hunting fauna plan 2022-2027, endorsed yesterday by the Government, requires, for complete implementation, a myriad of implementing measures that the regional legislator wisely left to the Regional Council ”. "The goal is to restart the entire hunting world over the next five years - concludes the Regional Councilor for Hunting - It is enough to recall, just to indicate a few, the total renewal of the governing bodies of the Territorial Areas of Hunting and Alpine Reserves with renewed criteria of local representation, the reopening of the possibility of requesting the subtraction of funds from hunting , the relaunch of the sector of private hunting institutes which in addition to having a hunting interest are important protagonists in safeguarding biodiversity and represent a significant boost to the development of the local tourist economy ".
