Three days all dedicated to the hunting and sports world, with a focus on the outdoor sector; occupied five pavilions on 36.000 square meters and 430 companies represented. 40.000 visitors are expected. HIT Show is the trade fair response, as well as a showcase of novelties and technological innovations, of a supply chain that represents Italian excellence in the world: 2.500 manufacturing companies, 12.000 direct employees and 87.000 with related sectors.
The value of production is equal to half a billion euros, 7 billion with related industries and related sectors. Sen. Erika Stefani (Minister for Regional Affairs and Autonomies), Hon. At the fair, the constant increase in quality of the large Shopping Area in Hall 2 is worthy of note is the novelty of 2019 with the debut of the Outdoor Awards, in Hall 6 and 7 dedicated entirely to world of outdoor living with previews of Italian style creations of technical clothing, footwear and all the accessories designed for those who go hunting and fully experience nature. It will be the visitors themselves, expressing their preferences, to assign the Outdoor Awards that will be delivered on Monday 11 February. In Hall 7 the Education areas (also Hall 8) e Hunting, Individual Protection and Target Sports. Among the points of attraction at HIT Show Outdoor Passion is the exhibition 'The origins of man and hunting', created in collaboration with the Civic Museum of Natural History of Jesolo.
The exhibition reconstructs with extreme realism, to the delight of the little ones, a large oak forest, with an area of 150 square meters where it is recreated the typical environment of the last ice age. Inside there is also a faithful reconstruction of a life-size adult Mammoth, 2,80 meters high, alongside a baby mammoth and the rare reconstructions of a Mammoth 'Lyuba', found in Russia in 2007, and Mammut 'Dima', found in Siberia in 1977. A setting enriched by the reconstruction of a cave bear, 3 meters high.
