The meeting with the councilor
The Councilor for Agriculture, Food, Hunting and Fishing of the Piedmont Region, Marcus Protopapa met yesterday in Turin, in Piazza Castello, with a delegation representing the Piedmontese Rural Environment Friends Committee.
Protopapa's words
These are his words: “I listened to the requests brought by the Coaarp on the subject of the wild boar emergency and on the damage caused to agriculture throughout the Piedmont area, a problem that has also become road safety. I share the need to raise awareness of the State on a national problem, so that it intervenes in support of the Regions to have more and more personnel for control and containment activities".
Topical topics
Protopapa then continued: "These are issues that I have already brought to the attention of the Agricultural Policy Commission and in the State - Regions Conference and which I presented again last week in Rome in the meeting with the current Minister of Agriculture and Food Sovereignty Francesco Lollobrigida".
