The text of the query
Given that:
the article 8 of the law 11 February 1992, n. 157 – Rules for the protection of warm-blooded wildlife and for hunting provides for the establishment at the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry (today MISAF) of the National Technical Committee for Hunting Wildlife (CTFVN);
the National Wildlife-Hunting Technical Committee was set up, within one year of the entry into force of Law 157/92, by decree of the President of the Council of Ministers on the basis of the designations of the organizations and associations referred to in paragraph 1 of the same law and is chaired by the Minister of Agriculture and Forestry or by his delegate and which was renewed in the representations every five years until about ten years ago without further renewals or convocations in clear contrast with the provisions of the law;
the Committee is entrusted with the tasks of technical advisory body for everything concerning the application of law 157/92;
the National Wildlife-Hunting Technical Committee expresses its opinion on the updating of the mandatory insurance ceilings for hunting which the Minister of MISAF updates with its own decree every four years and expresses its opinion on applications for recognition by national hunting associations;
Territory management
in the absence of a report on the state of application of law 157/92, the CTFVN can act as a venue for evaluation and in-depth analysis, being present all the associative forces and territorial bodies called by law to play primary roles in the management of the territory and fauna of any corrective and supplementary proposals to be made to the national legislation;
it is appropriate to give answers to the tens of thousands of companies that see their work canceled every day by the 2,3 million wild boars that proliferate and that represent a danger to the health and safety of citizens
if the Minister intends to proceed with the establishment of the aforementioned Committee by promptly starting the procedures to request the designations from the entities concerned and what initiatives, including of a regulatory nature, he intends to take to deal with the wild boar emergency
