A week ago the Regional Administrative Court of Abruzzo expressed itself on the appeal presented by four teams of hunters against the zoning of wild boar hunting prepared by theATC Chietino-Lancianese. It's about the teams "Lama dei Peligni", "The Black Beast", "Il Solengo" e "Terra Gipsy": the judges have fully acquitted the work of the Territorial Hunting Area regarding the assignment of the hunting areas.
In short, the Abruzzo area has respected the regional regulation which governs this levy, therefore there are no reasons to investigate the appeals. The latter had contested the Minutes No. 10 of 25 September 2015 with which the ATC Management Committee had approved the definitive assignment of the areas to boar hunting teams. In particular, the teams had contested the failure to apply the basic criteria and the introduction of one cartography for the subdivision of the macro-areas.
The TAR stressed that the appeals were all too general, without proof of the arguments, specifically the violation of the criterion of the residence of hunters. In addition, the judges did not understand how the alleged violations would affect the scoring plan. The appeal was defined in part unfounded, in part inadmissible and in part inadmissible.
