After the appeal to the Tar of Umbria presented by Legambiente changes the regional regulation relating to the «Management of hunting of ungulates through selection hunting ». In recent days, the regional council decided to eliminate one of the offending passages, namely paragraph 1 of article 6 through which it was possible to recover the wounded leaders also «within protected areas or privately managed or prohibited from hunting». Here is the text of the ordinance: "The provision With an ordinance the administrative judges8 July last year they ordered the suspension, postponing the discussion on the merits to 8 February.
«The college - wrote the TAR - believes that there are sufficient profiles of fumus boni iuris for the purposes of granting of the precautionary protection invoked, since the complaints relating to the contrast of the contested acts with the primary state legislation for the protection of the environment and the ecosystem referred to by the applicant association do not appear unfounded ". Legambiente in the appeal he had also asked for the cancellation of a paragraph of the disciplinary for the hunting and recovery of ungulates in the Atc, namely the one concerning the "foraging wild boar for attractive purposes on firing points ».
In addition to this, the environmental association has also pointed the finger at article 15 of the same document, according to which «the track dog handler during the recovery operations it may, in case of need, also operate outside the management district or within protected areas or privately managed or located in hunting ban, even on days of hunting silence (Tuesday and Friday) ».
