A more than positive balance sheet
The World Championship of Propeller, which just ended in Cordoba (ARG), rewarded Italy with an Overall Title for the Men's Team and a bronze medal for the Senior Team. Also in the Italian treasure chest are the Overall World Cup, won by Antonio Passalacqua from Messina, and the Senior World Cup, won by Andrea Martignoni from Rio (LI).
The great protagonists
The protagonists of the conquest of gold and the World Title of the Men's Team were Filippo Bastianini from Signa (FI), Sebastiano Molinari from San Severino Marche (MC) and Antonio Passalacqua, who with 55/60 had no rivals.
Other sporting satisfactions
Also doing well were the Seniors Andrea Martignoni, Bruno Tallarico from Rome and Gianluigi Turchi from Livorno who climbed onto the podium to put the team bronze medal around their necks with 24/30 (source: FITAV).
