RECIPIENTS:
The competition is open to internet users of age and in possession of a hunting and / or sporting rifle port resident in Italy. Employees and / or collaborators of the companies associated with the competition will be excluded from participation.
PURPOSE:
The Promoting Entity and the Associated Entities intend to organize a prize competition called “Obiettivo Caccia Passione” which will take place in the manner indicated in these regulations.
The competition has the following objectives:
- collect * videos of max 3 'in hunting contexts
- acquire ** stories - consisting of a written text of at least 2.000 characters * (characters with spaces included) accompanied by photos (min. 5 max 10) in high resolution and a caption of what is represented by the images.
- promote the knowledge of the films themselves and / or of the stories by users, below the works that will be eligible for voting and both the authors of the most voted works and the users who have carried out the most votes will be awarded.
- encourage access and registrations to sites with the cacciapassione.com domain
To pursue these objectives, the Promoting Entity and the Associated Entities define four (4) types of prizes, set out below and described in the following paragraphs:
- final prize of the "Obiettivo Caccia Passione" competition
- final category awards
- periodic prizes for the most voted photographs
- periodic prizes for the most active users in voting for photographs
DURATION:
The overall duration of the competition is set from 12.00,00 ″ on October 15, 2018 at 11.59 ', 59 ″ on December 15, 2018. The submission of the works of the respective two categories will be allowed until 15 December 2018 at 11.59', 59 ″.
The calendar for recording and awarding all prizes is defined as follows:
participation period - by 15 December 2018
Final preselection - by December 20, 2018
Nomination of the winners - by 30 December 2018

The competition will be advertised through the sites with the cacciapassione.com domain and in particular:

as well as Facebook (main page and linked groups), Instagram, Youtube.
The Promoting Entity and the Associated Entities reserve the right to adopt further forms of advertising, in compliance with and in compliance with the provisions of Presidential Decree 430/2001 regarding prize events. Advertising carried out for the purpose of communicating the event will be consistent with these regulations. The complete regulation will be available on the same websites.
METHOD:
To participate in the literary competition, users must connect to the sites with the cacciapassione.com domain in the period indicated in the paragraph "duration", and access the page dedicated to the competition (initial page of the competition) through the appropriate links indicated on the sites themselves to send their own works and / or to vote those of other users. The servers that record and manage the data of the participants as well as all the operations relating to the performance of this competition are located in Italy.
Competition registration
From the initial page of the competition, the user who wants to participate can do so either by sending a video or textual work (participating users) and by voting for them (voting users registered on the Caccia Passione.com portal), so he will have to carry out two registration phases depending on if participating or simply voting:
1) user registration by entering the data requested by the site with the cacciapassione.com domain (to be carried out by both participating and voting users)
2) registration for the competition with the compilation of the required mandatory data (name, surname, address, civic number, municipality, province, post code, telephone) - They are for participating users.
Only one registration to the competition will be allowed for each individual user: the Promoter and the Associated Subjects reserve the right to check and cancel any duplicate registrations.
METHOD OF PARTICIPATION FOR AUTHORS OF THE COMPETITION WORKS
Sending material:
Once registered in the manner indicated above, users must send their work to the email address: [email protected] through the WeTransfer site, works that may be textual with photos or videos and are representative and identifying of a hunting action. More specifically, the works sent must depict a hunting activity / action, with the methods of video representation or through a textual story that the competitor will deem appropriate; the works that will be able to express the sense of ethics and hunting culture will be evaluated as particularly significant.
Competition entry categories:
When submitting their works, each user must choose a category of participation.
There are two (2) categories, one video lesson and a second dedicated to the works literary textual. The works must be sent to the Caccia Passione editorial staff through the website www.cacciapassione.com where they proceeded with the registration in the period defined as the overall duration of the competition; any works sent after the aforementioned deadlines will not be considered valid for the purposes of participation (the date and time of submission of the works will prevail). Each user (identified by name, surname, date of birth and home address associated with an e-mail address) can send a work to a work during the entire period of the competition. It should be noted that each work can participate for only one category. All the works sent will be preliminarily screened by a Commission specifically delegated by the Promoter which will eliminate, at its sole discretion, those deemed off topic or in any case not in line with the literary competition or which are contrary to public morality and morality. Any works discarded in this phase will, however, be kept and made available for checks. Once the verification phase of the uploaded material has been carried out, the user will receive an e-mail in which he will be notified of the approval or disapproval of the work sent. The works received, accepted by the aforementioned Commission, will be published online in the appropriate sections and will be visible to all internet users who will have the right to cast their vote, as specified below. All the works received in compliance with the competition rules and therefore published on the sites, will be submitted to the judgment of a Jury which will be composed of at least three (3) representatives of the Promoter and / or Associated Subjects.
Preselection:
The Jury will select a minimum of thirty (30) finalist works for each of the two categories, which will access the final selection. The pre-selection and selection criteria will follow an evaluation of originality and creativity, in addition to the aesthetic value and adherence to the aims of the “Obiettivo Caccia Passione” competition described in the “Purpose” paragraph. The jury's decision will be unquestionable and incontrovertible. The final preselection will take place by 20 December 2018, at the headquarters of the Promoter.
Final selection and awarding of prizes
The finalist works identified by the pre-selection will access the final selection. The jury will select one (1) winning work, for each of the two (2) categories and a winner "Obiettivo Caccia Passione", who will be the author of the work that most of all reflects the aims of the competition indicated in the "purpose" paragraph. . Seven other additional works of the two (2) categories of participation will also be selected for the “Obiettivo Cacciapassione” prize, all for a total of ten awarded works. The judgment of the Jury will be unquestionable and incontrovertible. The final selection will take place by 22/12/2018, at the headquarters of the Promoter. During the selection, the anonymity of the participants will be guaranteed.
Voting of the works by the voting users
The works published online can be voted on by users who have registered for the competition as specified in the paragraph “Registration for the competition”. All the works sent will be preliminarily screened by a Commission specifically delegated by the Promoter which will eliminate, at its sole discretion, those deemed off topic or in any case not in line with the competition or which are contrary to public morality and morality. Any material discarded in this phase will, however, be kept and made available for checks. Once the verification phase of the uploaded material has been carried out, the user will receive an e-mail in which he will be notified of the approval or disapproval. The works received, accepted by the aforementioned Commission, will be published online and will be visible to all registered users who will have the right to express their vote, by selecting from the appropriate box Share the Facebook "Like" button present at the end of the published works. With the same «Likes», the stars placed under the same work will be evaluated - from a minimum of one (1) to a maximum of four (5) stars - depending on the liking. The same user cannot vote for the same work more than once during each period of participation in the competition, while it will be possible to vote for different works. In the event of an equal merit, the user who registered earlier will be privileged: the moment of registration will be unequivocally registered when registering for the competition. Before proceeding with the assignments, it will be checked that the votes received by the authors of the published works are regular: by way of example, no duplicate votes will be allowed fraudulently with the use of multiple registrations by the same user. In this case, any votes attributed to that specific work will not be counted; similarly, all the votes provided in a manner clearly contrasting with this regulation will not be valid (for example provided through the use of specific software). Finally, if there are holdings linked to incomplete personal data, false or bogus registrations, these will not be taken into consideration. At the end of the procedure, the work that has acquired the highest score in relation to the votes received will be identified. The minutes will take place according to the schedule indicated in the paragraph “duration” at the headquarters of the Delegated Subject. In case of unavailability or irregularity in the participation, the next name in the ranking will take over.
METHOD OF PARTICIPATION FOR VOTING USERS:
Most active voting users in voting for works. The Promoter will be able to draw up the ranking of the 10 users who voted for the highest number of works.
AWARDS:
The 10 authors of the winning works of the “Obiettivo Caccia Passione” literary competition will be entitled to the respective prizes provided for the 10 prize positions, as well as to spend a hunting day with the Promoters. The competition cannot be declared deserted nor can the Prize be divided between two or more works.
PRIZES FIRST CATEGORY Final prize of the “Obiettivo Caccia Passione” competition - 1st PRIZE Final category prizes - 2nd PRIZE; 3rd PRIZE. - SECOND CATEGORY AWARDS: Periodic awards for the most voted works - From 4th to 8th PRIZE Periodic awards for the most active users in voting for the works. 9 °; 10th PRIZE. The decision of the READING COMMITTEE, which will be unappealable, will be made public during the award ceremony that will take place during the hunt scheduled for January 31, 2019.
WAIVER OF REVALSE:
The Caccia Passione srl company. declares to renounce the right to recover the withholding tax in favor of the winners pursuant to article 30 of Presidential Decree 600/73.
FULFILLMENTS:
All operations will take place according to current legislation, acknowledging that this literary competition is an Excluded Event pursuant to Art. 6, paragraph 1, lett. A) of Presidential Decree 430/2001. The winners will be personally notified and the prizes will be delivered within 180 days from the date of the award. The Promoting Entity and the Associated Entities do not assume any responsibility in relation to any technical problems relating to the connection to the Internet site for reasons not attributable to it. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or gold tokens. It should be noted that each literary work can only win once and, therefore, once it has been successful, it can no longer be voted on. Furthermore, each voting user will be able to win only one prize. The Promoter, the Associated Subjects and the third parties appointed by the same do not assume any responsibility for access problems, impediments, malfunctions or difficulties concerning the technical tools, the computer, the telephone line, cables, electronics, software and the hardware, transmission and connection, the Internet connection that may prevent a competitor from accessing the site. The Promoter, the Associated Entities and the third parties appointed by the same do not assume any responsibility for problems caused by the configuration of the computer and the method of connection to the user's internet network. The Promoter, the Associated Subjects and the third parties appointed by the same do not assume any responsibility for users who are winners with means and tools capable of evading the uncertainty, or in any case judged in a suspicious, fraudulent way, or in violation of the normal course of the initiative, they will not be able to enjoy the prize won in this way. The Promoter, the Associated Subjects and the third parties appointed by the same reserve the right to proceed, in the terms deemed most appropriate, and in compliance with the laws in force, to limit and inhibit any initiative aimed at circumventing the system devised. Any other reason that could lead to suspicion of fraud with respect to the explicit purposes of this initiative will entitle the Promoting Entity and the Associated Entities not to comply with the provisions. The user, following a request, will in any case have explanations of the reasons that led the Companies to this behavior. Participation in this prize competition implies the unconditional acceptance of all the clauses of this regulation.
PRIVACY:
The participant's consent to the processing of his / her personal data by the Promoting Entity and the Associated Entities is expressed by accepting what is reported in the information published on the Cacciapassione.com website by registering on line. The personal data released upon participation will be treated in accordance with Legislative Decree 196/2003. The release, by the participants, of their personal data will be equivalent to their implicit authorization for the publication of their name and surname which they will indicate, in conjunction with the registration, in the spaces that the Promoting Entity and the Associated Entities will dedicate to the competition.
OWNERSHIP AND AVAILABILITY OF THE WORKS PARTICIPATING IN THE LITERARY COMPETITION:
Participation in the literary competition implies the express acceptance of this regulation in its entirety. Each participant is responsible for the content of his own photo and guarantees to be the author of the subject as well as to have, on an original basis, all rights of use and exploitation relating to the material sent for the competition. Failing this, the participant will be excluded from the competition. If the photos sent were not taken by the participant and the participant was not the holder of any broader right of economic use, the same must indemnify and hold harmless the Promoting Entity and the Associated Entities from any request, including compensation for damages, that could come to it. advanced by the author or by the owner of these rights or by third parties having cause. The Promoting Entity and the Associated Entities are in no way responsible for any claims for compensation made by subjects portrayed or by subjects having parental authority over minors who appear in the photos: for which reason, with the acceptance of these regulations, any broader indemnity in this sense against the Promoter and the Associated Subjects. By joining the competition, the participant grants the Promoter and Associated Subjects the right to use (also for advertising purposes), to modify, to reproduce, even partially, to disseminate (by any means permitted by technology and according to the by the Promoting Entity and the Associated Entities deemed most appropriate), to distribute, prepare derivative works, view and disseminate in any format and through any channel the photos submitted to the competition, even if combined with their own image. The participant guarantees to the Promoting Entity and the Associated Entities the peaceful enjoyment of the rights assigned pursuant to this article, confident that the use of the work by this will not violate the rights of third parties. Consequently, the same participant will hold harmless and indemnified by the Promoting Entity and the Associated Entities from any request for compensation or injunction that may be addressed to it by anyone, as well as from all damages and expenses, including legal ones, resulting from alleged injuries to the rights of third parties. for which he had made himself responsible. The Promoting Entity and the Associated Entities cannot be held responsible in any way for the use that third parties may make of the photos downloaded from the sites with the cacciapassione.com domain.
ASSIGNMENT OF RIGHTS TO EXPLOIT THE WORK
The achievement of the Competition by the author of the winning works implies that the author exclusively assigns to CACCIA PASSIONE SRL all the exploitation rights of the work, meaning with these the partial and total reproduction rights of the work in any form, typographic, electronic and digital in Italy and in the world.
RETURN OF WORKS
The works received will not be returned to the non-awarded authors and in no case will it be possible to request a copy of the reading sheets created for the evaluation of the work. Although not expressly provided for here, this literary competition must be considered governed by the rules of the Civil Code. The literary competition, in particular, is not subject to the discipline of Presidential Decree 430/2001 relating to the regulation concerning the discipline of competitions and prize operations, having as its object the production of a literary work for which the awarding of the prize represents a recognition of personal merit and, consequently, the case of exclusion pursuant to art. 6 paragraph 1 letter a) of Presidential Decree 430/2001.
