In the province of Milan, animal rights activists pollute the Roccolo park with posters, leaflets and offensive writings against the hunters engaged in cleaning the park.
A group of animal rights activists, instead of taking care of the territory, preferred to sprinkle the area of the Roccolo park with posters, writings and images defamatory of hunters, a green area between the municipalities of Arluno, Busto Garolfo, Canegrate, Casorezzo, Nerviano and Parabiago.
No trace remains of the animal rights misdeed as the area has been cleaned up; the signs still visible in the woods of the Legnano area still bear writings against the possible establishment of the mega herd of laying hens in the area between Busto Garolfo and Canegrate.
The Canegratese exponent of Italia dei Valori, Roberto Mori, expressed his dissent on the issue, commenting: "I am sincerely convinced that acts of this gravity must be condemned without any reserve. The cleaning of the Roccolo Park is an important initiative that the section of Canegrate hunters, in collaboration with other actors, has been putting in place for many years now to clean up an important slice of our territory destined to park. It is not only a symbolic act, very important, it is also a social fact that manages to unite opposing sensitivities in the aim of preserving the territory ".
Continuing Mori states, “In the morning of March 18, 2012 I lived with the Canegrate hunters, some moments of their daily social commitment and as always I found a strong ecological sensitivity accompanied by a strong sense of social duty. I was shocked by the accusations made against them by unknown persons through banners displayed in the park ”.
Continuing Mori hopes, "I believe that on the subject of hunting one can confront, civilly, by exposing one's sensitivity on the subject, without arriving at defamatory and groundless combinations. I hope that the section of Canegrate hunters will expose the facts to the competent Authorities so that those responsible will not have the opportunity to reply ”.
In conclusion, Mori says, "All my solidarity and recognition go to the section of Canegrate hunters for their commitment to safeguarding the Canegrate territory.".
