01) SUBJECT
Caccia Passione Srl undertakes to provide events located throughout the Italian territory for the purpose of practical testing of products through the project called “Stoeger AIRGUNS Shooting Game”.
FEATURES AND PROCESS
The duration of the individual events included in the Stoeger AIRGUNS Shooting Game project is one day. The practical tests will be held approximately in the period of October 2023 on Saturdays and/or Sundays with a theoretical part and a practical part. The events will be held by the editorial staff of Caccia Passione srl and its partners participating in the project according to the Covid-19 rules in force at the time of the practical tests.
02) REGISTRATION TO THE STOEGER AIRGUNS SHOOTING GAME
Registration for one of the free product trials is completed following the signing of the form published on the website visible at the url: www.cacciapassione.com, duly completed in its entirety. The maximum number of participants accepted for each stage is 35 enrolled in the sporting events.
03) VENUES AND DATES OF THE EXPERIENCES
The dates of use of the experiences will be published on the site owned by Caccia Passione srl and on partner sites in the project; In any case, the days, locations and times will be communicated in advance directly by Caccia Passione Srl and are intended to be provided as an indication and not binding. Caccia Passione srl reserves the right to modify and move the same at its sole discretion. 04) CANCELLATION
The Participant may unsubscribe from the experience at any time, however in order to make the best use of the common experience, in case of non-participation, please notify Caccia Passione srl in writing, also via email to [email protected] or by phone +39 02.80896646.
05) POSTPONEMENT OR CANCELLATION OF COURSES
Caccia Passione srl reserves the right to postpone or cancel the STOEGER AIRGUNS SHOOTING GAME for any extraordinary events, giving written notice at least 5 days before the start date of the individual experiences.
06) RULES OF PARTICIPATION
Given that the participants will reach the places of use of the individual experiences at their own expense;
Participants must be:

Participants are required to:
- a) use materials and equipment made available by Caccia Passione srl and its partners participating in the project with the utmost care and diligence;

The participant in the STOEGER AIRGUNS SHOOTING GAME experience relieves Caccia Passione srl and its partners participating in the project from any economic burden and any liability that may arise from any accidents, events and / or accidental facts and / or from incorrect use of the products, weapons, vehicles or accessories entrusted to the participants during the experiences. In the event that a participant violates the rules of participation described above, Caccia Passione srl has the right to remove and / or no longer admit to the experiences the participant responsible for the aforementioned violations and, if necessary, proceed with complaints and / or legal actions. .
07) PHOTOS AND VIDEOS
During this event, audio video recordings and photographic recordings are made, also of a portrait nature, which film the undersigned;
Part of the photographic and video material produced by the company may be published on company websites, in magazines or in any other medium intended for dissemination and used for promotional purposes of the activity carried out by Caccia Passione srl and its partners participating in the project;
The undersigned has been informed and has read the information for "The use of images for promotional purposes" on the website www.cacciapasisone.com/privacy in accordance with the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679.
BOTH CIRCUMSTANCES,
the participant, as identified above, authorizes:
the company Caccia Passione srl, based in Opera for the production and possession of the photographic and video material referred to above and for the use of the same for its publication on company websites, in magazines or brochures, or company brochures in any other whatsoever medium intended to the dissemination and used for promotional purposes of the activity carried out by Caccia Passione srl and its partners, without having anything to claim or complain. This authorization is subject to maintaining the utmost confidentiality regarding one's data.
This authorization may be revoked at any time, by sending the revocation in writing by registered letter with return receipt to Caccia Passione srl, at the registered office as indicated above. The revocation will take effect from the date of receipt of the registered letter by the company Caccia Passione srl which will be required to certify the removal of the images subject to revocation. It is understood that the revocation will have no effect with respect to the treatments already carried out and the same will have to take place in the event that the cancellation / removal of data has become impossible or in any case difficult to carry out.
The participant relieves Caccia Passione srl and its partners adhering to the project from any economic obligation and from any responsibility inherent in incorrect use of photographic material by third parties; With this release, Caccia Passione srl is released from any direct or indirect responsibility for damage to the image or confidentiality that are outside the obligations to which it is required by law.
It is forbidden for Caccia Passione srl to use the images collected in ways that jeopardize their personal and professional dignity and decorum. The laying of the images is to be considered carried out on a completely voluntary and free basis.
08) GENERAL PROVISIONS
These general conditions prevail over any provision and any other verbal or written agreement previously entered into between the parties.
09) JURISDICTION AND ELECTION OF DOMICILE
This contract is governed by Italian law and any dispute arising in relation to it will be the exclusive competence of the Court of Milan.
10) PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The data provided will be processed by means of computer and manual systems, in full compliance with the provisions of the law for the protection of persons and other subjects for the processing of personal data in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679.
