The Council of State has therefore set the date of November 3 for the discussion in the council chamber.
The Region, convinced of the correctness and legitimacy of its work, fulfilled in a timely manner with the legal requirements that allow the authorization to be taken in derogation, will defend itself also in light of the previous ordinance of the Council of State referring to the 2008-2009 hunting season. . In that decision, in fact, the administrative judge had not recognized any extremes for the suspension of the regional provision and had instead taken into account the motivated requests for intervention by the Provinces aimed at limiting the significant damage to agriculture that these species, in themselves 'protected, they provoke.
