Two hunters, father and son aged 56 and 30, were denounced by the carabinieri of the station minerbio for complicity in aggravated personal injury and land invasion. The facts date back to November 2, when the two, residing outside the province of Bologna, decide to go in search of hares and pheasants in the fields of via Savena Inferiore, in Minerbio, together with a squadron of hunters, seven in total, all armed with rifles. Upon their arrival, however, after parking the cars in the area, the group was invited to go back - in a polite manner, according to what was reconstructed by the carabinieri - by the owner of a construction company.
The land, marked by road signs, is in fact part of a private property which - again on the basis of information collected by the military of the weapon - in the past it would have suffered damage due to stray bullets fired by hunters. Initially, the squadron goes back, but the temptation to enter the ground, full of wildlife authorized for killing, including hares and pheasants, is too strong. So she tries again to enter the forbidden area, but runs into the woman's relatives, her 57-year-old husband and 35-year-old son.
At that point there are no more arguments, but only punches and blows inflicted with the butts of the rifles which are used as sticks by the two hunters, the 56-year-old and the 30-year-old son. Not all hunters join the fight. The hunt ends with four injured people, fortunately not serious, namely the relatives of the woman and the two hunters reported by the carabinieri. Given the dynamics of the facts, the military of the weapon also proceeded to the precautionary withdrawal of weapons (Il Resto del Carlino).
