Hunting - Spoleto: An initiative entitled: “Hunting exercise in Umbria: calendar and exceptions” took place on Friday 11 March at 21,00 pm, in the conference room of the Sacred Heart oratory.
The initiative was promoted by the Democratic Party of Spoleto and coordinated by the vice president of the City Council Paolo Martellini. On stage all the main protagonists, that is the presidents of the hunting associations, from Giancarlo Comastri, regional president Arcicaccia, to Paolo Baiardini, regional president Enalcaccia, to Vladimiro Boschi, regional president Anuu, to Franco Di Marco regional president of Federcaccia Umbra, to Lando Loretoni and Stefano Tacconi of Free Hunting.
Also present were Franco Granocchia, provincial councilor with responsibility for hunting policies, and Stefano Gabrielli, regional manager of the PD hunting policies. Great satisfaction expressed by the coordinator, as well as vice president of the municipal council, Paolo Martellini, who thanked all the presidents of the hunting associations who took part and who also took the opportunity to let all the hunting enthusiasts present know that the PD of Spoleto, has set up a department on wildlife and hunting policies that has already collected several adhesions during this initiative.
The event was also attended by the provincial councilors Massimiliano Capitani and Laura Zampa, the president of Ascom of Spoleto, Andrea Tattini, the municipal councilor Francesco Passeri and the president of the Federcaccia of Spoleto, Luciano Calabresi.
Many topics were addressed: from the provincial wildlife plan, to the modification of the community law that extends the hunting calendar for some species of birds, to the role of ATCs in Umbria, to the proposal on the pre-opening of the hunting calendar, up to recent accidents, in the course of to regularly hunt wild boar, which unfortunately caused the death of two hunters, one of which in our area, which require the hunting associations to consider more broadly to change the rules.
This initiative also offered the possibility of presenting the Cavu, or rather the committee of all the Umbrian associations, recently constituted, which with spokesman Vladimiro Boschi, brought together, after several years of heated debates, all the hunting associations, with a single purpose: to improve the quality of the hunting activity of each individual hunter, regardless of the association to which he is registered.
