Hunting: Puglia majority approved the amendments to the Regional Law governing hunting activities.
The second council commission chaired by Giovanni Brigante approved by majority vote, with the negative vote of the group leader of Sel Michele Losappio, the bill on hunting and protection of homeothermic wildlife, the first signatory was the councilor Donato Pentassuglia (Pd). The aim of the text is to modify the regional law 27/98 and adapt it to the Community directives on the subject, on which the Legislative Service of the Executive has also had to intervene, which has made changes aimed at transposing the new provisions. The examination of the law had already been hinged in the previous session with the approval of a part of the article, but suspended, however, to allow the commission to work on a single text that took into account both the adjustments made by the Legislative Office, that of the Government's opinion with the help of the Department's technical structure.
In today's session, after having examined and approved by majority, with the abstention of Losappio (Sel), all the amendments subject to in-depth analysis, we then moved on to the final vote on the text which saw the consent of the majority of the members and of the councilor for the branch Fabrizio Nardoni present at the works together with the technical structure.
