Roe deer hunting: Marche, the Council of State has rejected the appeal presented by the animal rights activists of the Lac regarding the management plans of the Roe deer in the ATC MC1 and MC2.
The Council of State, with its own order dated 12 March 2013, rejected the appeal presented by the animal rights activists of the Lac, League for the abolition of hunting and the Association of victims of hunting, against the decision of the Tar Marche not to suspend the legislation on roe deer management in Macerata ATCs. In fact, last December 14 the judges of the Tar Marche had decided not to accept the request of the animal rights activists regarding the suspension of the resolution of the Giunta with which the Province had approved, in September, the management plans of the Roe Deer of the territorial hunting areas Macerata 1 and Macerata 2.
The Council of State also gave the animal rights activists wrong as it emerged that the conditions for the precautionary suspension of the provision issued by the provincial administration do not exist, therefore the resolution remains fully legitimate and effective.
