CONARM ME (Consorzio Armaioli Italiani) has promoted a regulatory updating seminar for gunsmiths which will take place next 19 March. The event was prepared in collaboration with Assoarmeri: the aim is to illustrate to the sector the legislative news which have to do with common firearms, weapons of war and exploding materials of first, fourth and fifth category.
The director of the Brescia Customs Office, the legal consultant of CONARMI and the owner of a forwarding house and customs operator will be present to explain how to export and transfer correctly weapons in Europe. The venue of the seminar will be that of the Consortium, in Gardone Val Trompia, while the times will be two, from 8:30 to 12:30 and from 13:30 to 18. The number of participants must be between a minimum of 15 and a maximum of 30 people.
But what exactly will we talk about? The topics to be explored include the principles of public safety, unlicensed port, semi-finished and finished parts, problems relating to hunting and sporting weapons and the capacity of shots in the magazine-magazine (in addition to the problems related to the operating environment). There will also be hints on the control activities by the police forces, conversions and waivers and the news on quantities and types as regards the exploding.
