The second edition of Hunting & Country Expo, the event dedicated to the hunting and fishing world, held over the weekend at the Forlì Fair, ended with a great success with the public. The exhibition dedicated to hunting, sport shooting, fishing and outdoor life is confirmed as a reference event at national level for all the sectors involved. Full pavilions and great satisfaction also from the exhibitors. Despite the cold and a few snowflakes, around fourteen thousand visitors flocked to the pavilions in via Punta di Ferro over the two days of Saturday and Sunday, entirely occupied by over 170 exhibitors representing Italian excellence in the hunting sectors. of the arms and shooting and sport fishing industry.
Many initiatives have attracted an audience from all over Italy, with groups coming to Forlì even from abroad. Great turnout and interest in dynamic activities and practical tests, open to visitors of all ages, in the disciplines of shooting and sport fishing: from the shooting range inside the hall to the tanks for fishing and throwing tests, to get to the shooting lines organized for target shooting, field-target, laser target, sport and hunting bow and soft air.
Even the little ones have thus found a way to approach training but often little known sports disciplines, for example by trying to draw a bow with the help of qualified instructors in a dynamic and fun context. Hunting and shooting enthusiasts, in addition to visiting the stands of leading companies, were instead able to directly test the latest news on weapons and ammunition in the renovated internal shooting range which saw, during the two days of the event, a numerous and constant influx of enthusiastic shooters.
The presence of the birds of prey of the National Union of Hunters Falconers and truffle dogs, as well as the exhibits of the nestlings, the woodland scenographies and the dioramas proposed by Urca - National Association of Apennine Hunters and Territorial Areas of Hunting are very attractive and impactful. made this edition of Caccia & Country Expo an event of quality and great involvement.
Undoubtedly also the photographic exhibitions, the demonstrations on the construction of lures for fly fishing and the presence of specialty champions such as Marco Volpi, 18 times World Champion and 17 times Italian Champion (individual and team) among Fishing from shore and boat, which illustrated the techniques and innovations of the various disciplines to the interested parties. Big numbers also for the accessions to the prize competition linked to the event and of which, by the end of the month, the names of the lucky winners will be known who will receive the prized hunting rifles and fishing rods up for grabs.
Taking advantage of the success and the excellent results achieved thanks to the solid collaboration with the operators and, above all, with the hunting and fishing associations, which have made the event a reference point for the sector, now we are already thinking about the third edition of Caccia & Country Expo: scheduled for the end of 2013, its goal will remain to offer its public exhibition excellence through the involvement of an increasing number of producers, both in the hunting and fishing sectors.
