Time for a change of scenery! Game Fair, the largest country festival in Italy, scheduled from 1 to 3 June in Tarquinia Lido (VT), confirms its role as a great event dedicated to sport and outdoor activities.
At the 2012 Game Fair horses, dogs, fishing, diving, surfcasting, falconry, archery, clay pigeon shooting, mountain biking and much more. And also, the “baptism” of diving, of the saddle and - starting this year - also of the wind, at sea with the sport catamaran, windsurfing and sport kayaking. In fact, starting from this edition, it hosts the Outdoor Country section. Outdoor activities therefore take on an even more important role in this event, the Outdoor Country area is open to everyone, from children to the elderly. Everyone is called to play, see, experience, taste, rejoice, confront, learn and discover.
It is a unique experiment of its kind, for the quantity and quality of the offer and for the ability to combine tradition and evolution. Furthermore, also for the 2012 edition numerous sports activities can be carried out in the Riva dei Tarquini Adventure Park, in the pine forest of the homonymous camping village. There are several areas present, including: a riding school where even the little ones can ride a pony; climbing; zorbing; jumping and 6 adventure courses, distinguished by increasing degree of difficulty. Each activity has been designed by experts to adapt to the different abilities of each and allows you to test yourself, in complete safety, or simply to have fun.
Climbing consists of the exciting experience of climbing up to 12 meters high, climbing a vertical wall with holds and passages of various difficulties. Available 3 types of courses of increasing difficulty, designed by experts, suitable for different abilities.
Zorbing is the practice of Zorb balls, it is a sport born in the late 90s in New Zealand. It consists of entering a PVC ball to roll flat, down a slope or even over water.
Jumping is an exciting and engaging sport. It is not uncommon to see stadium cheer when a child manages to do a somersault or jumpers try for the first time. Unlike other sports or entertainment facilities, Crazy Jump is accessible to everyone: children from 3 years (minimum 15 kg), teenagers and adults (up to 105 kg).
Sports activities also on the beach; in addition to the traditional demonstrations of fishing and work in the water with dogs, there will be demonstrations of kitesurfing and windsurfing and of sporting catamarans, with the possibility for everyone to have a real "baptism of the wind", trying the boat on the sea. But also the sporty kayak and equipped for fishing. For beginners, the opportunity to experience windsurfing through a simulator.
