Hunting and Falconry: Agreement signed between Arci Caccia and the falconers of the Conservation Progresso Falconry Association.
“The purpose of the signed collaboration agreement is to improve the knowledge and enhancement of tradition, of Falconry and its best projection into the future, having particular regard to creating the conditions to promote the passion and interest in this extraordinary and specific culture among the new generations.
The ARCI CACCIA Association, and the Conservation Progresso Falconry Association underline the importance of building a wide system of relationships, widespread in the territories, to achieve the aforementioned objectives. It was established, with the signed pact that the two Associations will be able to collaborate on a regional level also by activating common work commissions and that the Conservation Progresso Falconry Association will be able to use the offices of the ARCI Caccia Association subject to the authorization of availability of the regional and provincial Presidents, premises to carry out the agreed institutional activities.
The CPF will promote and coordinate the meetings on Falconry addressed to the members of the CPF who will acquire the requisites of members of the ARCI Caccia, acquiring their membership card and insurance services. The first experiences of implementing the agreement are expected in Veneto and Emilia Romagna where the CPF is already operational and more organized. The ARCI Caccia Nazionale will advertise the initiatives on falconry using the experience of the CPF to raise awareness among the ARCI Caccia members to pay attention to this culture also so that the conditions are created so that many young people can develop the desire to practice it.
The CPF also undertakes to develop in agreement with the ARCI Caccia collaborations with associations operating in Italy in the sector with the aim of uniting all those forces that want to operate by contrasting illegality and poaching and to work against it in full compliance with the regulations on animal welfare. The Protocol of Agreement was signed for the ARCI Caccia Nazionale in the presence of Giuliano Ezzelini Storti (Veneto Region) delegated by the National President and Fabio Sella, President of the CPF.
