Hunting with the Arch: Liguria, the new regional legislation for the discipline of hunting provides that hunting for ungulates can also be practiced with the use of the bow.
The new law “saves hunting"Will also open in Liguria to the use of the bow, as regards hunting activities towards ungulates (boars, mostly). The discussion in the classroom is scheduled for the next session of the regional council but the provision that approved the rules approved last September (and challenged a month later by the Government) is already arousing surprise precisely because of the inclusion of hunter-archers. A reality, at the moment, which in our territory has few units but which, after this modification, should increase. A niche business that is in fact arousing more and more interest. This integration is certainly the most curious, even if this new intervention on the subject by the Ligurian legislative assembly was dictated by the stop decreed by the Government, according to which hunting cannot be exercised when the hunting calendar is completely suspended ( or in part) by the administrative judiciary. The Ligurian text, on the other hand, established the principle that the "hunting season" can continue in any case. The knot to be solved is precisely this and the technical verification of the legislative provision (which also provides for the possibility of selective collection of ungulates on snow-covered areas) is at the origin of the postponement of its discussion.
