"L 'Coronavirus emergency has drastically reshaped our habits. The Prime Ministerial Decree of 9 March 2020, laying down new measures for the containment and contrast of the spread of the Covid-19 virus throughout the country, has imposed severe restrictions in terms of territorial mobility which can only and exclusively occur for proven work needs, situations of necessity or health reasons. In the hunting field, art. 39, paragraph 1, lett. b) of LR 8/94 and subsequent amendments provides for the return of the card no later than March 31st of each year, under penalty of failure to release the one relating to the new season. "
“For this reason and in the light of the restrictive measures also put in place by our Region to counter the spread of Coronavirus, it is necessary to activate concrete and immediate actions to also meet our hunters. The postponement of the return of the card, in analogy with many other extensions, would not entail particular difficulties in management terms and would guarantee the reduction of the movements of our citizens and therefore of the personal exchanges which, as is now known, represent potential opportunities for contagion. "
For this reason, concludes the councilor Pompignoli, the Lega group in the ER Region presented a resolution committing the council to "urgently suspend the return of hunting cards in Emilia Romagna and jointly, to extend the date of the last effective day of 31.03.2020."
