The lawyer Antonio Bana was reconfirmed for the third term as president of Assoarmeri. The re-election took place today on the last day of the 2019 edition ofVicenza HIT Show. The assembly took place on the occasion of the fair e the premises were very particular. In fact, in recent days there has been a lot of talk about the candidacy of Francesco Zacca, gunsmith and outgoing councilor, so much so as to even suggest a split that it would have been sensational.
The votes have rewarded Bana. The latter obtained 59 votes against Zaccà's 46, while the white ballots were two. The defeated candidate then asked with a motion to cancel the vote for the fact that the president is not a gunsmith. During the HIT Bana spoke above all of a very important novelty, the Caesdea. This is the acronym that identifies the European Weapons Law Studies Center, an institution which includes two important universities such as that of the studies of Milan and the Cattolica, without forgetting the various teachers and magistrates.
The goal is to disseminate as much as possible the notions on the law of weapons, starting from local areas to get to the European ones. Finally, Assoarmieri will soon prepare a hearing in the Senate to investigate last year's Decree 104, namely the one relating to the modification of the control of the acquisition and possession of weapons.
