Massimo Sordini, number one of the provincial section of Teramo of the association Arch Hunting, expressed all his disappointment at how the proposed amendment of the Abruzzo regulation on ungulates. Sordini recalled how it is now six months since the Regional Commission is analyzing these changes, useful for countering the massive presence of wild boars in some areas, but the "finish line" is not yet visible.
The accusation against the Third Commission of the Abruzzo Region is therefore very precise, given that the approval of the text has been postponed for months. The process had begun with the requests of the mayors of Chietino, ready to issue ordinances for themassive killing of wild animals arrived within the urban center and the coast. Immediately after, a shared proposal arrived to reopen team hunting in the regional territories where the social alarm is ascertained.
As pointed out by Arci Caccia Teramo, the current regulation has paradoxically team hunting was blocked for three years, but now politics continues to clash even on such an urgent problem. Furthermore, Sordini complained that hunters, farmers and mayors are simply watching. The hope is that common sense prevails and that final approval arrives as soon as possibleotherwise we will continue to pay the damages and mourn the dead.
