Piccoli Calibri: The .410 club of Carlo Rizzini ONLUS together with all the members of the various delegations of the .410 club scattered throughout the Italian territory, are proud to present their first charity event on Saturday and Sunday, 20 and 21 June 2015.
We are talking about the first event ever on Italian territory in the world of hunting and skeet shooting, to help the less fortunate. The event will take place in Umbria, the green heart of Italy, and organized by the club. 410 sect. UMBRIA at the Foligno shooting range, in Casco dell'Acqua in the province of Perugia. The whole event will have the sole purpose of raising funds for the ONLUS Club .410 di Charles Rizzini. The proceeds from the event will be donated to charity to the Beehive of Santa Rita da Cascia, a structure that hosts over 60 children, half of whom are under 12 years old. This institute takes care of young children in need, abandoned by their parents and in need of assistance of all kinds, medical care and assistance necessary for their growth. These reception structures have no help from public authorities and survive thanks to charity and aid from citizens. We, all members of the .410 Club in Italy, would like, through your kindness, to give a smile to children anxious to have care and hope.
Women, men, boys, families, trade associations and others will be invited to the event, and disabled people dedicated to this sport will also be present. All will be guided on the shooting range by Carlo Rizzini and by the Masters of shooting present, the use of weapons and the discipline of sport shooting will be explained by experts from the physical preparation, training and balance that a shooter reaches on a mental level. We will also invite our Olympic Champions in the various skeet shooting disciplines as guests of honor as well as various representatives of the national and local press.
Everyone will be given the opportunity to try to shoot with a .410, under the careful supervision of our qualified Shooting Masters. We will enable parents and children to learn the ethics of this sport, always with practical tests on the field, making the whole family feel the thrill of hitting the target.
