Just like outlaws: the provocative proposal of the young farmers gathered in Confagricoltura L'Aquila is making the rounds on the web as it concerns wild boars, whose presence is as cumbersome as ever Abruzzo as in all other Italian regions. In a letter from the association to the regional councilor Imprudente and to the ATC, it was asked to propose a reward of 50 euros to hunters for each game killed.
How the funds will be financed
Could it be the solution to an emergency that seems to have no end? The objective is to finance these bounty funds through an agricultural cooperative in Tagliacozzo. More than a bounty, the 50 euros are intended to be a sort of prize and incentive. The proposal comes a few days after a fundamental green light from this point of view.

The Higher Institute for Environmental Protection and Research (ISPRA) has expressed a favorable opinion regarding the hunting of deer and wild boars in the Sirente Velino Park. This is the protected natural area, established in 1989, located in Abruzzo, in the province of L'Aquila, with administrative headquarters in Rocca di Mezzo.
