The passion for hunting fascinates many people all over the world and there are just as many young people who want to approach this passion. For this reason, the Federcaccia of Anchione, in the province of Pistoia has decided to give life to a real training school.
Young and inexperienced hunters need proper training and a guide that can offer them the basics to carry out the hunt correctly. The course organized by the municipality is open to all young people aged 14 to 20, a project that aims to offer the new generations the opportunity to learn the knowledge of today's hunters.
The training school will have as its main theme hunting for waterfowlThis is because the Anchione area is famous for this type of hunting, which takes place in the area of the Fucecchio Marshes. The association gave an interview, where it states that the project had to be started two years ago. The requests of young people, who wanted to get closer to the world of hunting have increased dramatically and for this reason it was chosen to start the project in the definitive phase.
The lessons offered to young people will be available free of charge by experienced volunteers in the sector. Young people will learn about the marshy territory, how to manage the various stalking and learn about various kinds of practice. The performance is expected between 1 August and 31 January of each hunting season, for a duration of 160 hours.
