We got a call from the guys at C&L in early December who warned us of a large number of ducks that had moved into the area. At around 07:00 they arrived in the area and the next two hunting days were the best of the whole season. A cold front brought a major blanket of fresh snow in central and northern Kansas and a heavy ice in Oklahoma and Arkansas; A milder pocket was created in southern Kansas and for this reason the number of ducks in the area was incredible!
