After the approval of the regulation for hunting ungulates in the Marche region, the criticisms of the vice president of the regional legislative assembly, Giacomo Bugaro.
The vice president of the Legislative Assembly of the Marches, Giacomo Bugaro, criticized the new regulation approved for hunting ungulates recently approved by the Region. According to Bugaro, the regulation was "distorted for the umpteenth time by the regional council after the third commission had expertly amended it in an intelligent and effective way, it risks not being able to contain the damage caused to people and things".
Bugaro explains that "The third council commission had unanimously expressed its opinion on a balanced text that contained as many answers as possible, both to the hunting and agricultural world, making all those interested in the sector responsible. I fear that the changes made by surprise by the councilor for hunting risk compromising the balance, understood both as a regulatory element in the territory by the presence of ungulates and consequently as a relationship with all the stakeholders of this expression ”.
Finally, the vice president Bugaro affirms, "Furthermore, it is quite clear that the Plan also lacks the measures aimed at containment within protected areas, such as parks, for example, a fact that risks undermining the already shaky system of the entire administrative act ”.
